OWA Webmail is Android-mail client application. It can connect to the Web application Outlook (OWA) server.
What is the OWA server? If you have access to Microsoft Exchange Server using the usual Microsoft Outlook on a desktop computer. This connection is made via the intranet. If you are on the course that you would not normally be able to use Microsoft Outlook. It is an extension to the server, Microsoft Exchange, providing access to the Internet through a web interface (webmail).

OWA Webmail uses a web interface to access email on your Android device, so you have no reason to worry about the issues and what security protocols. The app does not sync with the device, all messages, contacts, etc. be on your server.

NOTE: This is not a common Web mail client, so you can not use it for Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.
